What do we do?

  • Translation & Interpretation

    We provide high quality English to Māori and Māori to English translation and live interpretation services. We have a robust quality assurance process and use certified Māori Language Commission licensed translators and interpreters.

  • Cultural Support

    We recently accompanied Minister Mahuta on an overseas delegation to Tokyo where our team provided cultural support throughout the duration of the visit.

  • Language Planning

    We provide language planning training courses including policy and strategy development services. We have developed several tailored language & cultural revitalisation plans and strategies.

  • Research

    We have a dedicated research team and are currently undertaking various projects around the Ngāti Kahungunu dialectal variations, Matariki and Maramataka Māori.

  • Program Facilitation

    We provide a range of program facilitation services ranging from symposiums, wānanga, kura reo, conferences and training sessions.

  • Resource Development

    Our team has produced various Māori language, cultural resources and tailored curriculum for our various programs.

  • Event Management

    We provide a range of event management services in-house including event infrastructure, planning, communications, marketing, catering, facilitation and post-event reporting.

  • Professional Development

    We have various streams of professional development programs including PLD, SELO, Te Ahu o Te Reo, Kura Whānau Reo and Te Pōkaitara. Our vibrant team ensure that our content is fit for purpose and of excellent quality.
